The lockers at Capital Gymnastics NTC are managed by the Capital Girls Gymnastics Booster Club (CGGBC). CGGBC is charging a fee of $25 per locker for the 2018-2019 season for the management of the lockers. Athletes requesting to use a locker should fill out this form and concur to following outlined guidelines in order to be assigned a locker. CGGBC will be providing a lock for each locker which will have a master key incase an athlete forgets her/his combination and for administrative and security reasons.

Capital Gymnastics NTC and CGGBC cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property. By agreeing/signing the Locker Use Agreement, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set CGGBC.
All lockers are the property of Capital Gymnastics NTC
Use of a locker by a person other than to whom it is assigned is forbidden. Misuse of a locker may lead to termination of locker assignment/use.
CGGBC reserves the right to open a locker without the consent of the athlete/parent to whom the locker is assigned in instances where locker procedures are being abused or in the case of an emergency situation.
Flammable materials, dangerous chemicals explosives or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the lockers.
Perishable items, illegal or controlled substances such as drugs or alcohol are also strictly prohibited inside the lockers.
Athletes are not permitted to affix anything to the interior or exterior of their lockers.
Upon assignment and during use, athletes are responsible for reporting any damage or needed repairs to CGGBC.
All personal items must be stored completely within a locker.
The locker agreement is revisited at the beginning of the 2019-2020 season. Every athlete must renew their agreement at this time. Lockers not renewed will be cleaned out and all contents turned over to the lost and found box.
